Apply for the Westside Market Holiday Market

Join us for the Westside Market Holiday Market on Saturday, November 28th from 12–5 PM at Westwood Town Hall.

Vendor applications are open September 1–26, 2026.

Vendor Pricing

• $85 — 8' × 8' Indoor Vendor Space

• $85 — 10' × 10' Outdoor Vendor Space

• $110 — Mobile Vendor

• +$15 — Electric (limited availability)

Before You Apply

This is an indoor and outdoor event. When applying, please select all space types you would be willing to accept.

For example, if you prefer an indoor space but would also accept an outdoor space, select both Indoor and Outdoor. Then, in the “Special Request” section of your application, let us know your first choice. (See below)

We will do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability.

*Please note that when applying, your card is NOT CHARGED until you have been accepted.

All vendors are required to provide business liability insurance. Food vendors must provide all legally required mobile food licenses. If you operate under Ohio Cottage Food Law, please indicate this on your application.

Electric access is limited and must be reserved in advance. Heaters and other high-voltage items may not be plugged in, even with an electric space.

Holiday Swag Bag Tradition

As part of your participation in the Holiday Market, every approved vendor is required to contribute 20 tangible items that represent or promote their business for our traditional holiday swag bags.

This requirement applies equally to all participating vendors and is not optional. By applying, you acknowledge and agree to provide the 20 required items.
