Applications are accepted March 1 through March 31 and apply to the entire summer market season. We carefully review each application to create a diverse and high-quality vendor experience.

Please review the following important details before applying:

• Summer season applications are open March 1 – March 31

• Holiday Market applications will open September 1

• Vendors must carry current business liability insurance

• Payment is required upon application approval to secure your space

• Third-party or direct sales companies are not permitted

• Westside Market is primarily an outdoor event

• Vendor spaces available:

  • 10’ x 10’ Outdoor booth space

  • 8’ x 8’ VERY Limited indoor booth space

• We welcome mobile vendors, however food truck availability is extremely limited at this time

Due to high demand, not all applicants will be accepted. Our goal is to maintain a balanced and unique vendor mix while supporting small and local businesses.
