2020 Applications open Feb. 1st


We are looking for local crafters, bakers, artists and any other talented small local business owners.  

We do not allow direct/third party/franchised type sales.  

We strive for quality, so please share with us photographs, website links, social media pages or anything else that will help us get to know you and your company.  No website, no problem. Just be sure to email us photos of your products and set-up from past shows immediately after applying.

Vendor applications are reviewed by our of board members once applications open, decisions are based on:

Quality, Presentation, Uniqueness and Demand.  

We get an overwhelming amount of applications for jewelry and soap vendors so please provide us with links to websites, etsy accounts and social media pages to help us know your brand.

If you are placed on our waitlist, you will be contacted as soon as 3 weeks before the market date. This is because once invoices go unpaid by accepted vendors, we offer these spots to another business to allow them the opportunity to be part of the market. We no longer allow invoices to go unpaid as it typically results in an open spot that could of showcased another talent.

Please be sure to take your time with your application and make sure your links are correct. We’d hate for you to miss out because of an error.

Food Truck / Mobile Boutique - $75

Electricity +$15 (if available)

** Please note: Accepted Holiday Vendors are REQUIRED to donate a minimum of 20 items for the swag bags. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your space.


**Please note that you are applying to rent a “space” at the WestSide Market, only the space will be provided. All vendors are required to provided their own tents, tables, displays, signs etc. This and more can be viewed in our Terms & Conditions below.

Electricity is ONLY provided for tented food vendors for Health Department compliance.
